Product details
◆
The MER-X standard resistor (lightning protection specific) consists of 9 1/2W high-precision military grade wire wound resistors. When calibrating the resistor, it can be directly tested by shifting gears without the need to replace the test wire. The performance is stable and the structure is sturdy, making calibration testing particularly convenient. The highest precision of the military grade wire winding resistor used is 0.05%, and its resistance values include 1m Ω, 10m Ω, 100m Ω, 1 Ω, 10 Ω, 100 Ω, 1K Ω, and 100K Ω, fully meeting the 10-3-105 Ω range specified in the National Meteorological Administration's Order No. 31 "Management Measures for Lightning Protection Device Testing Qualifications". This standard resistor is mainly used for the calibration of grounding resistance testers, equipotential testers, and other instruments. Widely used in construction quality inspection stations, supervision companies, construction units, lightning protection companies, power departments, etc.
MER-X standard resistor (lightning protection specific) precautions:
In any case, special attention should be paid to safety when using this tester.
Please stop using the tester if the test wire breaks and the metal is exposed during use.
Please use the four line method for calibration, otherwise the accuracy requirements cannot be met.
Do not place or store the testing instrument in places with high temperature, humidity, condensation, or direct sunlight for a long time.
Precision instruments require regular maintenance to keep the body and testing line clean. Do not drop or press them.
The use, disassembly, and maintenance of this tester must be operated by authorized personnel.
Due to the malfunction of this testing device, if continued use poses a danger, it should be immediately stopped and sealed. An authorized organization should handle the "!" danger sign on the testing device and manual, and users must follow the instructions for safe operation.
